Comments:
Many new parts including 2 new tires, brake cable, transmission cables, handlebar tape and more.
I can replace saddle with a more comfortable one for free, the original still on the bike is rather hard.
Road Bikes: They are lighter and designed for speed and performance, comfort is less important. For racing, touring and long rides on bike paths and roads. Narrow wheels and tires are fragile and require more maintenance.
10 speed: good to go just about everywhere except very steep hills. The range of different ratios are more than enough for most people. There are 2 front chain rings and 5 rear gears. - Derailleur: Lark II
Tires 27 x 1 1/4: narrow tires with small thread or slick, for speed on asphalt, very common on vintage road bikes.
